Description
A traditional Greek liqueur that uses Raki and Honey mixed with a variety of spices such as cinnamon and cardamom or other regional herbs. Its name is comprised by two words Rako- (coming from the name of the liquor Raki) and -melo (coming from the Greek word for honey, which is meli) It has a bright amber, warm color and as a blend of strong alcohol and honey, features a naturally sweet and delicate, yet spirited, taste with a subtle presence of spices, leaving a rich, velvety feel on the palate.
