Winemaking Fermented 60 days in stainless steel tanks. Brother Gianluca and sister Roberta continue the tradition of their parents producing tiny batches of wines from some of the most prized vineyard sites within the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOCG. Depending on the wine, production varies from around 1,000 cases to as little as 200 cases per wine. Artisanal indeed.
Description
This is one of the first official rosé Proseccos to be released since the Consorzio Tutela del Prosecco approved the use of the word rosé in conjunction with Prosecco. With 15% Pinot Noir to give it color, it is a pretty little wine that will charm any rosé lover. The nose offers bright, lively fruit reminiscent of raspberry and rhubarb custards with a hint of peach blossom and acacia honey. On the palate it is full of fresh fruit with a hint of candy floss and a fresh, dry finish. A delightful aperitif.
