Winemaking Manual harvest. Fermentation takes place in thermo regulated tanks for 25 days. After racking and a waiting a period of 3 to 4 months on lies, the wine is filtrated and kept in stainless steel tank up to the bottling.
Description
Gamay is a great red wine to pair with meat and cheese plates as well as salad dishes and even roast chicken and fish. A large presence in the mouth! Dress very intense, deep garnet, Elegant fruit, sherries, violet. Finesse and fullness in the mouth, a full bodied and complex wine. Grilled beef piece, cheese, hamburgers, barbecue & veggies, and chicken wings.
Robert Debuisson is the brand name exclusively sold to the restaurant and wines shops in France by les Vins Aujoux one of the Georges Duboeuf subsidiary. Bruno Mallet (CEO), is also president of the Union of producers of Beaujolais and Crus from Beaujolais. The 2015’s vintage is definitely one of the best vintage since the beginning of the 21st century. Exceptional climatic conditions have delivered some phenomenal wines. Moulin à vent is on the north part of the Cru from Beaujolais. The terroir is typical with pink granite stone that give a unique expression to the wines.
